I'm fifteen and weigh 82.2 pounds. I know that's not healthy and I've been told to eat more by my doctor; for my age and height, I should weigh 95 to 100 pounds. I kind of became anorexic and now I need to eat more, even if I'm not hungry. I haven't had a period since last July and I notice that my hair falls out a lot in the shower. Yet, I don't want to eat junk food to gain weight, because I'm not really a junk food junkie by nature, so for dinner, I ate three slice of veggie pizza (I usually eat two). Did I do the right thing? I try to tell myself I am by saying that I need to get some curves (I'm pretty flat). Is it true that my breasts can increase in size by eating more?
