I have had this before, when my Husband and I are having intercourse, I can feel discomfort/pressure on my bladder. I have had bladder infections so I know the feel of the bladder. When I feel this feeling for the first time during intercourse, It hurts for about 2 weeks before it feels better again and I am able to have intercourse again. Any ideas on what it could be would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance to your response

Are you sure it's your bladder, or could you possibly have a tilted uterus? Perhaps try different positions and see if that might help. Otherwise ask your doctor next time you go in for your annual pap smear. Also make sure you go to the bathroom before you hit the sheets.

You need to go to your GYN, Sounds like a cystocyle, which is simply the muscles holding up the bladder have relaxed and your bladder is pushing down onto the uterus. You can do the tightening exercises and it will help. But go to a a GYN first to make sure its nothing else.

I only feel discomfort on the bladder when I'm in a position where my fiance goes too deep. His penis practically pokes the bladder. Avoid deep penetration positions, esp. if you've had bladder infections.

Perhaps you have a urinary track infection. This often varies from female to female. Sometimes when you have more intercourse than you usually do. The best answer to this question is to talk to your doctor. Although it sounds like a urinary track infection, and I'm almost certain it is. Contact a specialists.

i get that too sometimes (im a woman). What i read in a woman's magazine is that women should ALWAYS go to the bathroom before AND after having sex. Talk to a doctor if that doesnt help.

i have that problem sometimes and mine is due to a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome. it is where pearl-like cysts are around your ovaries. it can also cause your ovaries to swell and cause discomfort in the abdomnial region.
Fibromyalgia can also cause abdominal pain or pain during sex.

I had the type of pain you are describing....that's what I thought it was, too, but turns out, in my case, it was ovarian cysts. They don't seem to be dangerous or anything, and my OB said they will go away after ovulation. So, I dunno, maybe you should make an appointment with your OB or mention it at your next appointment.
