Your best bet is to get the tampons that are made for sports. They are more flexible and have better leakage protection. If you know how your flow will be, then get the corresponding type. Tampax makes tampons that are really small- they are about the size of a lipgloss tube. And they come in super, regular, and light. Have fun on spring break!

Tampax has a tampon made especially for a teens smaller body. Try that. Or try O.B. wich aren't long at all and are quite comfortable.

We can't really tell you which tampon will fit your body the best. But I have always prefered Tampax. I like the (Tampax) pearl.

all of the answer above are very good, all I wanted to add is that whatever brand you choose, don't forget to change it, at least once. I know water parks are a whole-day kind of activity and you might think that putting one in will do for the rest of the day. That would be wrong!

There is no best tampon to use. It is whatever brand you prefer. If you don't already use tampons then ask your friends what brand they prefer. If you use tampons then just keep using what you normally use.

regular tampax are easy to use and the wrapper and applicator are flushable. the easiest one to use i think would be pearl but neither the wrapper nor the applicator is flushable.
remember to relax especially the first time

tampax pearl long lasting braided. upgrade to these. they have the braided ends to help the leakage to not leak through things.. such as panties or bathing suits. so use the tampax. i find they are very helpful.
