After having 2 children, nursing them, getting her body back into pre-pregnancy shape, my wife has gone from a B cup to an A cup. She is very self concious and wants implants.

It's not a priority to me, I think she is a knock out. I've always been a leg and bum man too. I love her and if it makes her happy so be it.

I need suggestions/advice on the following:
She is 5'5'' a size 4

Cup size she should go to (currently down to an A)?
How much recovery time should she expect to need? (we have 2 in diapers still)
How long after surgery should I expect to be hands off?
Is submuscular the best way to go?
Silicone is out of the question!
What else should she consider in the decision process?

Should I get circumsized?

Well, should I? What's your opinion/thoughts on this ladies? By the way, I'm 22 male livin' in Cali.

And if so, should I get a tight or loose....high or low...and frenulum intact or not?

Tight= inner and out skin removed. scar is visible whe soft. no loose skin on shaft.
Loose= just the outer skin is removed, so theres loose (inner) shaft skin but head is completely exposed. the loose skin bunches up under the head when soft and scar is hidden.

High= the scar is placed far down on the shaft so about half the shaft is a scar.
Low= the scar is placed near the glans only and most of the shaft is not a scar.

so Loose-high, loose-low, tight-high, or tight-low?

I'm 18. No family or personal history of serious ovarian problems. Not sexually active. 5 weeks ago I started gaining weight below my belly button. My uterus feels bloated, swollen and full as if there's a lot of pressure inside. I need to urinate more often. My period has never been normal but it's not drastically irregular either. There's no pain but just discomfort. Do I have PCOS or something?

I got my period last month on the 25th, and I don't have any signs of it coming anytime soon. I took three test to see and they all say I am not, i am so confuse. I do not have morning sickness or any signs of beeing pregnant either so, I don't know what to thinking. I am stressed out because of it , and maybe that could be the reson why it is not here

I got married October 19th and my periods started changing from every 2 weeks to every other week. By that I mean I have my period, have a week of no bleeding, than it starts up again. It only started doing this after I got married and it's driving me insane. Lol. But seriously did you ever have this problem and how long did it last for you? By the way my husband and I are trying to have kids. And I'm really upset that I'm going through this and that I'm not pregnant.

Its been 7 days after mai girlfriends period ended that we had sex without a condom (last nite). What would be the best thing to do? wait to see if she has her period in 2-3 weeks? or take the morning after pill?

When my husband and i have sex i have this terrible achy pain in my lower abdomen. I use to have a cyst on my right ovary, but its on both sides. I just got over my period a little over a week ago, and it was normal. However, yesterday when I wiped, I noticed a little bit of brown discharge. I didn't think much of it, but today everytime I've went to the bathroom, it's still there. It isn't getting onto my underwear, and it doesn't hurt when I urinate. Everything looks normal, but when I wipe now, there's dark brown showing up and what appears to be maybe a little blood. I'm worried, any ideas what this could be?

I went off of Ortho tricyclen lo a month ago and since then my lower abdomen has been increasing drastically. I look pregnant. I got my period on time and even took a pg test(negative). Should I be concerned? I have not put on pounds just size. I've been very hungry lately and I've had a headache for a week now. For the last couple of days I have noticed a white discharge with a tinge of yellow that has a very slight odor to it. I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be.
