I had a similar experience last year.I would be bleeding very lightly for 6 weeks straight until I made an appointment to see a Gynecologist. After the initial visit and numerous test,I was diagnosed with PC OS. Your best bet is get checked. It could be anything from hormonal imbalance, cysts, stress, weight gain or loss or yet pregnancy.

Well I think your not getting enough progesterone. Which comes from the brain. Thats my problem too. Fouled up cycles. Which causes, a cyst, might be growing in the uterus. The only thing they can do. Is get a D and C. I had 3 of them. Their no big deal. Or doctor will put you on homones called provera. I took that too. Nothing would straighten me out. When you don't get straightened out your cycles. You have a high risk for cancer. Thats what my doctor told me.
I finally had a hysterectomy. Just partially. I know thats a big decision. See if you can take those hormones. Good luck!

well it could be several things, one of which is pregnant, you could also have cysts on your overies..there is a number of things that could be causing this, including just a hormonal imbalance, your best bet is to get a check up, and just rule out everything.

Are you sure you're not pregnant? that happens when you are.
Have you been getting a normal period at all?
Hmm...I say go to the gyno and they'll be sure to give the real reason.
