When my husband and i have sex i have this terrible achy pain in my lower abdomen. I use to have a cyst on my right ovary, but its on both sides. Afterwards i almost hurt, sometimes its so intense i cant even roll over. I also havent had a period since August, i've taken multiple pregnancy tests and they're all negative. I even got a blood test. I'm starting to think something is wrong. What could it be?

You might have cysts again, or you might have a problem in your uterus or fallopian tubes. If you haven't already, go to the gynecologist. If you have, go to another one until someone can tell you what's wrong and why it hurts. There's probably something medically wrong and I think you should go get it checked out.

Pain during the first trimester can simply be caused by the body adjusting to the pregnancy - your cervix has to close tightly, and your coxix bone will move very very slightly. Personally, I had discomfort from sex, because I was dry from the hormone change (my doctor explained to me when I asked him a few days later). You should definitely tell your doctor though to rule out other problems.

The worst it could be is a tubal pregnancy which might not show up on a pregnancy test. What is probably happening is that during sex he is hitting your cercix multiple times, and by now the cervix could be bruised.. Go to your doctor explain your symptoms, get a pelvic exam, he/she will be able to tell you more...Could also be endometriosis.....

It could be more cysts. MOst women that have had one will have more. Go see your OB/GYN to be sure it isn't something more serious.
