I had already had pelvic surgery, so my belly button was a mess. So what was one more scar?
My abdomen was REAL sore afterward. But for no scar? It was worth it. I couldn't go through the areola because mine were too small, AND I wanted to be able to nurse babies. And the armpit freaked me out. The crease is just ugly to me. Telltale scar! So TUBA it was! My experience was great.
Just BE SURE that the doc you pick, if he does it, has done many many many. It's my understanding that a lot of docs are just now trying it, and with varying degrees of success....

I haven't had it done, but i did have an augmentation. I was also considering this because I didnt want scars. My doctor told me that with this procedure there is more chance of it coming out crooked, lopsided so I said forget it.
There is also in the armpit (axilla) through the areolla or the usual breast crease. If your doctor feel confident in doing it through the navel I would do it. I've seen a few women who have had it done and looked fine to me.

Breast Augmentation surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

i'd only do it with a doctor thats done it many times, if ur looking for a less painfull way, and able to take a shower the next day then do it, but my opinion is go through the nipples, you have a small scar but ur garunteed to get them looking more natural and they wont sag.
