I didn't do my pelvic floow exercises, now i leak urine when i sneeze or cough, or sometimes laugh. Is this a long term problem, or can i sort it out?

I understand cramps, and the lining of the uterous scientific stuff... but why is it that some girls get cramps worse than others? Do men ever get cramps that could possibly compare to them, and how do I make them go away? (naturally)

i have taken 17 pills out of 21 and stopped. the next day i started bleeding (it didn't look like a 'real' period). my period due is Sep 23.i have no PMS symptoms and am worried because i lost control over ovulation totally. the question is: should i consider the bleeding i had immediately after i stopped the pill or not? was this the period??? thanx

I have had pretty regular periods for the last two years. But this time it has been very odd. I had my period for 3 days and it started to taper off and stopped for a day. And now it is back, almost full forced. Why is that? What could have caused it? I'm not on any birth control or hormones, just allergy and asthma medications.

Ive been on the pill for 2 years and its really regulated my periods but the past 2 months Ive come on 4 days early. I finish my pill on the monday and my period is due on the friday. But the past two months Ive finished my pill on the Monday and Come on the next day???? Why is this???? Oh and Im taking Microgynon 30.

After my husband and I have sex, his penis is coated with a white, very sticky substance that comes from my vagina. Sometimes there's a little, and sometimes there's so much, including all around my vagina and its quite embarassing (though my husband thinks its my come!)
I have had vaginal discharge for many years. Doctors repeatedly say there is nothing wrong. This just seems abnormal to me. I'm 32, no kids.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Were you able to get rid of the discharge in any way?
