IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT YOU ARE A TEEN IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO 'GAIN' WEIGHT!

THE BEST DIET IS A SENSIBLE ONE!

ALWAYS EAT A BALANCED BREAKFAST; LUNCH AND DINNER!

FOR SNACKS, EAT FRUITS AND/OR RAW VEGETABLES!

MAKE YOUR SERVING SIZES SMALLER THAN USUAL!

AND YES, YOU CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT!

IT WON'T HURT TO 'ADD' EXERCISE EVEN IF IT IS JUST A 'FEW MINUTES' A DAY!

SOME EXERCISE AND CONTROLLIG WHAT YOU EAT WORKS 'WONDERS'!

SET YOURSELF A GOAL AND GO FOR IT!

I do not have a M.D. degree but when my 15 year old was wanting to lose some weight her nutritionist said that it would be o:k for her to stick to eating Smart Ones Meals which is part of the weight watchers meal plan. This is not a long term solution and daily exercise must be included (walking, lifting small arm weights etc). Weight Watchers was the only (diet) he would recommend for her age. You need to be very careful about restricting your body of certain food at your age. It can be very unhealthy. Try talking to your school nurse for suggestions your county may have a nutritionist available to you free of charge. Be sure to ask a professional about but would be beneficial to you . Best Of Luck

Food guide pyramid. Seriously, it's that simple. Keep in mind if you want the weight to actually stay off, you shouldn't be loosing more than 2 pounds a week.

Another amazing trick is to trade the soda for water.

I would first say that as a teenager you shouldn't worry about your weight and that you are great the way you are. that comes from the mother in me, I would then say as a woman w/ weight problems that the only safe way to lose weight is to talk to your doctor and ask him to help you with a diet and exercise program that suits your needs and doesn't put your health at risk.

you don't need to drive--in fact that's perfect--get outside and exercise and eat healthy.
