Stress can definately alter your appitite. Try, if you can, to eat just a tiny bit of protien (nuts, luncheon meat, cheese, etc) about 6 times a day. This might spur your metabolism up so you get hungrier. I also encourage you to figure out what you are stressed about and then decide if you can change it. If you can, figure out a solution. If not, then what is worrying going to accomplish since you can change or fix anything? You can stop eating and not lose weight but your body is probably feeding off you're stored fat. Not eating can be adding to you stress since the act of eating can change the amount of neurotransmitters in your brain. Try to eat a little something and don't stress so much, Life is too short and there is way too much good food out there to miss out. I hope you feel better.

When I am under a great deal of stress, I lose my appetite too. Keep drinking and try to eat something little, at least a granola bar or something. It is not healthy, but in my experience, it only lasts a few days to a week. you need to eat something though.

When a lady miscarries there's no technique to determine if it can be stress associated as posted before. I agree that bodily stress is a lot more detrimental than emotional stress. Do not get me improper, it is first-class for you and the child to be stress free and to loosen up. Nevertheless, that is rarely viable. Most miscarriages arise on account that of a genetic difficulty and the being pregnant is unable to continue on. A different source of intent of miscarriage is a bodily main issue with the mum that causes a miscarriage. I went by way of quality stress with my first being pregnant and he is 7 now.

I have a doctor that says 95% of our illnesses are due to stress, and personally, I believe it. For the short term, don't worry about it. If you do continue on with not eating for an extended length of time, say a month, then try supplementing with nutritional drinks, etc. Go to the health food store. If it gets even worse, then medical attention is needed.

Stress causes all kinds of physical symptoms. Loss in appetite is definitely one of them. What can you do to relax? Take a bath, listen to some soothing music (my favorite artist is Enya), go swimming (or some other exercise), get a massage (feet massages are awesome....I never realize how badly I need one until someone starts rubbing them), or whatever else calms you down. Just remember, whatever it is, in the big picture, it's really nothing!

Good luck, and I hope you start feeling better soon!

Yes, its due to stress.

My ex broke our engagement and I couldn't eat, I was anything but hungry. My mom used to call me and ask me what I had eatten in the past few days because she was worried that I had dropped a lot of weight.

It isn't very healthy but as long as it isn't a long term thing I don't think it will be to bad for you.

When a girl miscarries there's no approach to investigate if it is pressure similar as published earlier than. I agree that bodily pressure is plenty extra detrimental than emotional pressure. Don't get me unsuitable, it is high-quality for you and the little one to be pressure unfastened and to chill out. However, that's hardly ever feasible. Most miscarriages arise due to the fact of a genetic situation and the being pregnant is not able to retain on. Another supply of reason of miscarriage is a bodily situation with the mummy that explanations a miscarriage. I went by way of pleasant pressure with my first being pregnant and he is 7 now.

it could be several things.
it could be stress. it could also be a stomach virus, but if you dont feel bad, this would not be it.
you could also be pregnant. in the early months you do not eat as much as the later months.
but you have to eat. even if you dont feel hungry, you need to eat. worrying also kills the appetite.
