Can it be used regularly as foreplay?

I would say that you would fare better doing it afterwards, at least for the first few times, when she has been "stretched out" a bit. If you do use it as foreplay, make sur she is well lubricated and be careful until you learn what hurts her.

I would put a latex glove on first(im fond of germs) and trim you nails!!!!!! Long ones can scrape

Wow! Why would you want to do that? After you make love??? This does not sound like something you do with someone you make love to - if you must I would say prior - but I hope you have some size on you - because it may not feel as good when it is the real thing.

The practice is not for rookies. I wouldn't fist my girlfriend unless she asked me to, then I'd start looking for a new girlfriend.

if u wana do it, do it before sex. but why u wana do it? if u have a strong organ then there is no need of it. people having problem with their organ (thin, small organ or having a little RIDE time to please her) practise this.
