How do I figure out the amount of calories I need to live day to day? Not the amount I should eat, but the amount I actually burn up with no exercise everyday. (sleeping, sitting, eating, talking, etc)
Also, how do I figure out how many calories I lose by doing exercise.
I am 5'4" and 220lbs... how many calories would I burn running for one minute straight at an average speed... or walking 3 miles? (Know any good out door and indoor exercise routines?)
Any other exercises you could provide me with would be great.
Oh, and if you provide links to sites I would really appreciate that also.
