He can't get vaginosis, he hasn't got a vagina.....however, you can most certainly pass the bacteria to him, and he can pass it back to you, ad nauseum. Suggest you get treatment, complete it, and then consider intercourse.(might also consider suggesting he get some testing and treatment as well, could be he gave it to you in the first place)
