Look in the package and see if today's bubble is missing a pill. If it is still in the bubble, then you haven't taken it.

A. Okay, this is how it goes. If you miss 1 pill, take 2 the next day. If you miss 2 pills take 3 the next day. In the future, go to the dollar store and you can buy pill holders. They have 7 day ones and 14 day ones as well as 7 day ones if you have to take 3 pills a day. That will help you keep track of them. Otherwise, keep a chart pasted on the pill box or packet with each day listed and cross out the day. It's really hard to remember without something like that.

Don't take the pill if you don't know and have the pill at the next regular interval.
Then get a piece of paper and make sure you write down the time and date everytime you take a pill

If you are talking about birth control pills. Consider you forgot and get out the information for you pill package and follow the forgot pill directions carefully. Most packs are numbered and you can tell what pill you are on.
However in the mean time GET SOME CONDOMS!

Get one of those Mon-Tues-wed-Thurs things. That is what I use, and if one is missing I know I took it. I take three a day and just keep them in the same spot.
Right now, just do what it says on the container. If it is close to the next dose do not take another one.
Call the druggist, he will tell you!

look at the package if the pill is still there just take two the next day and go about like normal

Do you wake up every morning? Since I'm guessing you do, why not have them next to the Bed. With some water.
If you don't wake up each morning, maybe you could put them by the bed you sleep in, and take them then.

If I'm not mistaken, your birth control pills come in a circular plastic thing that has numbers on it, probably corresponding to the date.
