i've been with my girl for many months. We finally had sex. However, her private area smells a little musty. Is that normal? what should it smell like. I'm sure it has to smell a little wierd. It's an open hole. That gets little circulation

Look... no it doesn't smell usually.... I mean mine not, But I had a friend who told me he was with girls it did smell and they were healthy. I suggest Asking her to go to a gynecologist.
sometimes there are tiny excretions they may be natural and they may be because of a fungous in the vagina, I recommend you ask her to have a regular check just because all woman have check ups just to make sure its all OK.

I suggest you get ahold of a good book that explains about a female's body so you know exactly what to expect.
Women, just as men, have an odor in their genital area. It shouldn't be so strong that you can smell it when she has her clothing on but if you've got her vagina in your face, you're going to smell something.
If the smell of a women's vagina bothers you rather than excites you, you could be a homosexual.
