give me the real thing everytime, real woman real parts real life, who wants a plastic face, sillicone tit s or a look of a 20 year old when your eighty, you can fool the eye but you cant fool the touch,,

I have felt both, and there is no difference in feel, unless the implants were not properly taken care of. ie, If they are not massaged, the muscles around the implants will tighten, and cause the breast to fill hard.

I prefer natural ones, but I'm not kicking anyone out of bed if I found out they were fake. Silicone feels more natural than Saline implants

I like the way the fake ones r all perky n stay up, while the naturals sorta sag, but i prefer naturals cause they feel better than fakes

PREFER NATURAL, HAD A GF THAT WAS A AAACUP, I WAS FINE WITH IT, SHE GOT C IMPLANTS AND THEY FELT FUNNY, TOO HARD
