go to your doctor if you're concerned. fatigue can be from a number of things...the thyroid can cause you to be extremely tired, gain weight and a few other things. that can be checked in blood work. but, whatever the reason, you should talk to your doctor and find out "why" this is going on. could even be your diet...eat right and maybe try to take a multi-vitamin!!!

take care!!!

I would talk to your doctor. You may be depressed or you may have a tyriod problem that makes you tired alot. I used to be like that but I got up and started exercising and got more energy now doing house work is a breeze and if you keep up and do maybe two loads a day then after awhile it doesn't seem like you are always doing laundry. Hell I even lost 75lbs after I got off my lazy butt.

Are you eating pre-packaged foods, or cooking from natural foods. There is so much junk in pre-packaged food, it doesn't really resemble normal food any more. If you are cooking from natural foods (fruit, vegatable, meats, dairy), try a multivitamin. Also, are you under a lot of stress and not sleeping properly? If you are stressed, deal with it (confront it and get rid of it). Also, try sleeping in your birthday suit if you don't already. It allows your body to breathe properly and you will get a more restful sleep. Jammies tend to get twisted and cut off circulation. You're not lazy, you just have some things to try, that's all.

Not being lazy. You are just to damn tired. If you don't like this feeling try taking some kind of multivitamin to give you a little extra energy. If you ask me I would say girl get your damn rest, you work hard, rest hard. But don't let your laundry pile up to much.

You could be anemic. Are your gums, nail beds and inner part of lower eye socket less pink more whitish? If they are you should start by eating foods high in iron, and then of coarse see your doctor.

might be because you aren't eating enough food, or the food you need to eat (fruit, vegetables, etc.). Also, it might be becuase you sleep alot or not enough. try to sleep between 7-9hrs and you'll be alright.

This could be a symptom of depression. Please see a mental health professional to get yourself checked out.
