Absolutely. Your body is no different then when you don't have your period, with the slight exception your cervix may feel a little different during sex. Some positions may be uncomfortable while you're menstruating, whereas they aren't when you're not.

Hey sweatie, you sure can, that area at that particular time pumps more blood into many areas ,making it more sensitive to alot of things including pleasure.If by chance it is a bit difficult , or you are concerned about anything ask your partner, what he could do to improve things.It is at times more pleasurable,because when you have your period, alot of things and areas are much more sensitive to pleasure & touch.I hope this helps.
