I wouldn't change your weight or anything! You are at the perfect weight right now. And if someone says your fat, it's not true, cause...its not true! Everyones perfect just the way they are, they just don't understand that.

That does not sound very heavy to me (I'm 5'1" and weigh steady at 98lbs. right now, which puts me on the low end of normal). I've weighed as much as 114 in college--gotta love the freshamn 15!-- without looking "overweight", though I definitely feel better at 98-105. It's what you're comfortable at and what your health actually is like vs. an "assignment" on a chart.
If you haven't been to a doctor in awhile, you might get a physical and get everything checked out (full blood panel), since you don't say your age, but nowadays even kids who've had high fat/fast food diets, etc etc. have as many problems as older folks. A full blood panel (including fasting cholesterol check), will tell you more about how your internal systems are doing. If you don't already and your numbers are high for your age, then eating a better diet and being (more) physically active will be much better for you than focusing on losing an arbitrary amount of weight. In fact, if you do weight training like they recommend for women, you might stay the same or gain weight since muscle weighs more than fat :)
Other than making sure a few pounds more than "normal" (again, kind of arbitrary) isn't a result of bad eating habits and thus may have made your internal systems less healthy or made you susceptible to anything (like diabetes, if it runs in your family), your body image shouldn't be yanked around by a chart. HEALTHY is beautiful, so is confidence. Skinny and obsessive is not.
Hope all that made sense! Body image is so skewed by the media :( As long as you're healthy and happy, that's all that matters.

At 4'11 and 109 pounds, you're a little chunky (no offense). You should aim to lose 5-10 pounds if you dont want the chunkiness. If you are okay with having a little fat, then stay where you are. I'm 17 and 5'2" 90 pounds, and I want to lose weight.

No, you're perfect! weight charts aren't all that accurate anyways because they don't take into consideration muscle mass, genetics, bone structure etc. So seriously DON'T worry about it. I would tell you to start worrying if you were 4'11 and weighed 117-120 pounds, but you're not even close to that! So it's okay :)

It sounds as if you are fishing for compliments, but if you are not, and are authentically asking, that is a great weight for your height. Those charts don't take into account bone size, muscle tone, ect... Don't worry about those charts!

You are good where you are at. If you feel like you need to lose a few then go for it, but I think you'll be okay where you are at.
