I was 130 till I had a baby, still breastfeeding, started doing 15 min of high intensity cardio (mini tramp) Im out of shape. b4 baby i was one of those people who could eat anything and be fine. HELP! also I have a hard time dieting. I am always hungry sometimes shaky, My family is all skinny and high metabolism. is exercise enough? is what Im doing ok? i just started this week

I am going to the ob/gyn tonight. My husband and I are trying to concieve. We have been trying since are wedding night(1 yr. ago).
I am not on bc. I wanted to know what they will do. I am going for my annual but with a new dr. They did not tell me what is going to happen. Please tell me in detail, what happens at an ob/gyn appt. Please give me a website, if you know one, that tells what happens at this appt. Thank You!

if u have to pee in a cup AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE, like just for a check up or whatever, will they be able to see any traces of alcohol in your system if u were drinking the night before? and could they tell you were smoking weed 2 days before? also, could they in anyway tell about these two things during the course of a check-up?

I had irregular periods, I was experiencing some strong PMS symptoms before going to the gyno last week. She put me on the new pill YAZ and told me to start taking it the next day. I have been taking it for four days, I have no symptoms at all anymore. But it should be time for my period within this week.

So, my question is, could birth control delay my period?

I'm about 5 months along and have had a migraine for 3 days. Acetominophen at 2 tabs 500mg does not help. I have this It's the phenylephrine I'm not sure about. The box says it's pseudoephedrine free which is good - but what about that medicine that looks like benadryl and the ingredients are acetaminophen, diphenhydramine hydrocloride and phnylephrine. alternate ingredient? I do know better than to take my Malalt which is what I'd like to take.

we have been to fertility clinic and been told that ivf is our only option,we both have problems-low count and endrimetriosis. my probs can helped with fertility tablets but they wont give me any more coz of the low sperm count. we r desperate for a child adoption would be last resort.

mouth ulcers are caused by which vit deficiency. If i start taking it regularly, wont my body get used to it?

I do get craving to eat some sweets after lunch. My fasting sugar level is always more than normal, but post lunch is quite normal. what does it mean?

Let's say I have a "hypothetical" question. My "friend" went to the doctor in "Japan" and got a topical cream. The problem is she went to the doctor for both "acne" and a "yeast infection" and she can't figure out which one the cream is for. Everything on the tube is in Kanji except for the words "Tebinaceil Cream 1%." Anyone know what tebinaceil cream is? Should she put it on her "woo-hoo" or her "face?"

im 14 and wasnt expecting a period for a while, until i found a brownish stain on my knickers, i thought it was my period at first but now im not so sure, ive been wearing a pad and looking back at the pad now, the brownish stain is there but more of it, i havnt had any cramps and im really confused i dont know what it is but i dont think its a period because there hasnt been any down the toilet. please help me i dont know what to do, im to scared to tell anyone because i dont know what it is!!
