i can only have one orgasm at a time and it's only from oral sex, is this normal?

I don't know of anyone that can have two or more orgasms at one time; maybe in succession, but not all at the same time. Congrats, you are normal!

NicoleC is wrong, you are definitely normal! I get strong orgasms from oral sex, and I can only have one at a time because I am so sensitive afterwards that I don't want him to touch it anymore. Like many others have said, the majority of women don't get orgasms from vaginal penetration and some haven't even had a clitoral orgasm. You are just fine...enjoy yourself!

I'm assuming you are a woman too. If so then you can expand your abilities with practice. Get a good plug-in massager, some good lube and spend some time discovering how you react. When orgasm happens dont just stop. Ease off the massager a bit if its uncomfortable but go back to it asap (30 seconds tops) and you will soon find that getting back over the threshhold gets to take less and less time. Doubles, triples etc will soon be easy and with practice getting to 10 or more should be well within your reach.

Concidering that many women have never had an orgasm this would seem to be, at least, a good thing. If your partner were willing to try, you both could learn different techniques that would stimulate you so that you can have more orgasms.

By the way, most guys can only have one orgasm as well regardless of what they say.

Only around 30% of women can orgasm from penetrative sex, oral sex is how women are built to have sex, so it is perfectly normal. Age and your partner(s) can be really big factors as well, of coruse how good they are with pelasuring you and how old you are does effect your attitude towards sex. There are a lot of things that can be done, check out books and web sites on everything from basic vaginal anaomty through to tantric sex.

of course this is normal, all women are different and theirbodies react in different ways. it seems like you can only reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation (its the same for over 1/2 of all women). if you want to be able to orgasm during sex, then just pick a position where your clitoris can be rubbed or where there is friction against it (you on top or bottom). trust me it works every time.

I do not think that that is normal. I think that you are just not with the right people having a vaginal orgasm is hard for most women to achieve they have to have someone who is focused, well knowledge and long lasting. It is much easier to achieve a clitoral orgasm. I think that is all that it is that you have not yet experienced a vaginal orgasm not that you cannot have one.

if you are a girl.... well alot of women only have one orgasm... a clitoral orgasm which would be from oral sex usually only occurs once... you must be alot more relaxed and into it to have a vaginal orgasm... dont worry about its very common and normal

also the oral sex doesnt have to be oral... he or she can use their fingers or a toy... have fun and explore

Yes it's fine. I’ve had relationships with girls who have the same thing, it can be a state of mind just keep practicing penetrative and enjoy yourself. Try using your fingers on your clitoris at the same time this can work. Or try a rampant rabbit on your own sometime this can also work wonders. To be honest this is very normal. Only a very lucky few can have multiple orgams and far more can't have any sort or orgasm at all. Enjoy what you have and have fun while doing so.
