when I was going through puberty and my breasts were growing...I found it hurt sort of not to sleep without a bra on...it didn't have any effect on my breasts...they still grew to a 42 d.
they actually grew too much seeeing that I am a thin person...i looked like pamela anderson, except worse so ihad them reduced to a 42 c.it is way better...plus if you are going to ask someone don't ask your dad...ask a female figure in your life.

It does not affect the growth but it is not advised as there should be good blood circulation in the skin over the breast as well whole of breast tissues(.Which might be getting hindered due to the pressure caused due to bra.)

Though I am a man and have not experienced any such thing myself I know it is not true. The growth of breasts depends largely on genes & female hormone secretion and to a greater extent on diet and life style. Like any other body part breasts too develop based on your life-style. To have firm and shapely breasts you must have proper diet and regular exercise.
Bras do no play any part in their growth as such but they do help them be in shape. A well fitted bra gives vital support to breasts and allows them to grow shapely and firm. This is especially true during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Young developing girls should be constantly in observation of breasts' growth and change bras accordingly.

No, that's not true. You will be what you're supposed to be, regardless of whether you wear a bra or not. If you feel more comfortable with one while you sleep, wear it.

Not that I know. I always wore one when I was growing, but then again, I don't have that big breasts, but I'm sure it's not true.
