I'm about 5 months along and have had a migraine for 3 days. Acetominophen at 2 tabs 500mg does not help. I have this It's the phenylephrine I'm not sure about. The box says it's pseudoephedrine free which is good - but what about that medicine that looks like benadryl and the ingredients are acetaminophen, diphenhydramine hydrocloride and phnylephrine. alternate ingredient? I do know better than to take my Malalt which is what I'd like to take.

I am not sure, but you could call your doctor. He (or she) will be able to tell you what you can take or not to take. And congrats on the little one!
