i just got my lexapro today which is my antidepressent and i have been taking valume so can i take pain pills with my lexapro? my doc in the state i use to live in said no but i cant find anything on the net saying you cant son some one help me please?

I don't know what i'm sick with. My head hurts, i can't hear much, and its freezing the first second and unbarebly hot the next. Also I'm very dizzy. Does anyone know what it is and how to make it better? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend has a few scary ones on his back, no health insurance and I want to make him get them checked out. I know what the red flags of moles are and I think he should go to see a professional. Anybody have a ball park estimate?

I have had an operation done about 4months ago, i would like to know is there anything that will help reduce or hide the scar. it was a thyroid operation which means i have been left with a scar approx about your voice box.
i am still a teenager and this is a nightmare for me as i have become very self aware.
i do cover it up when i go to work i work in a busy place, hundreds of people, i feel very un-ease walking into a room full of strangers with my scar/neck on show.
any advice on reducing or hiding scaring?

I had the stomach flu about 2-3 weeks ago. It was enough that I wasn't able to keep anything down for a week. That's bad for me because I'm on the Fentanyl patch. When you don't eat on this patch, it makes you sick - vomiting sick. So on top of vomiting from the stomach flu, because I had nothing in my stomach from that, I was vomiting because of the Fentanyl in my system and no food (I have severe chronic pain - opiods is the only medication I can take without becoming used to the meds in a week).

Now that I'm better, I still keep getting sick to my stomach, it starts early in the morning, and lasts all day. I've finished off a bottle of Emetrol now and had to borrow a friend’s bottle until my next appointment with my pain management doctor. The Fentanyl patch is 100 micrograms and if I attempt to eat anything I get extremely nauseous. More than I was without something in my stomach. I've not detoxed off any of my meds, not even a little bit. So why am I still getting sick?

I've been sick since last sunday. I went to the doctors and they did blood tests on me but I don't get the results back for a while. My symptoms are really sore throat, swollen glands, headache, fatigue, hard to swollow food, not very hungry, and fever. I just want to know what I'm sick with. I also want to know why I'm always sick. I was already sick this month and I was sick 3 times last month. I'm sick, then I'm healthy for a couple of days, then I'm sick again! I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired!

My partner has been to the docs and put oil in his ears and has had them syringed. he is still deaf in one ear and partly in the other. The nurse took out a lot of wax but said she could not get it all out. We are now trying warmed Olive oil, as his ears are now ringing. Any ideas.
PS It took 10 days to get an app 4 ear syringing

My son, age 15, came to me complaining of pain in the area of his kidneys. I asked if it was sharp pain or an ache and he said it felt like someone was pressing on them. I asked him to drink some water and he said he'd been drinking water all morning (he was at a friend's wrestling tournamont). He doesn't have fever or feel ill, just hurts.

What should I watch for or do for him?

My husband always feels like he has water in his ear...such as after you go swimming and get water-clogged ears. He's tried medicine for swimmer's ear, rubbing alcohol, alergy medicine prescribed by the doctor, and just can't seem to find something that will get rid of this feeling. Anyone have any ideas as to how to get rid of a "water feeling" in your ear? Or, maybe what it is that might be causing this? He's been to the doctor and all the Doc can come up with is that it's alergies, but the alergy medicines don't work (he's tried 3). Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I'm heading out to Mardi Gras (St. Louis) and it is 25º outside ("feels like" 11). I'm planning on wearing lots of layers, but I did that when I went to the World Series and I was still freezing and it wasn't nearly as cold. I'm sure I will be outside a lot longer too.

My 5 year old daughter suffers really badly with nose bleeds last year she had gromits put in, had her tonsils and her adanoids out and was even cauterised! which was all supposed to help but to no avail. Any suggestions what could be the cause?
