I'm a muslim and my parents always told me don't eat anything with whey. So i was just wondering, what is in whey?

Whey is milk plasma. Once the milk has been curdled and strained the liquid that's left over is called whey. Some people use it as a form of protein. It's pretty nasty so you're not missing out on much.
