Last school year, I had over 100 tardies because I would oversleep and come to school late. (I also failed ALL of my AM classes. >_<)

Alarm clocks DON'T wake me up, and my family can't wake me up because my mom and brother work mornings.

I don't want to be late this school year, but "going to bed early" doesn't work for me. I'm a hugely heavy sleeper and the only thing that wakes me up is when my friends come over to wake me up. Obviously, they can't do that every day though (especially since I don't go to their school).

So what should I do that will get me to wake up?

I know pertrolieum jelly is no good to use on skin,I use it I confess and I am still here.
Is there something thick and greesy, a bareier like this I can use instead ?
I also want to repell roaches around the house that would not be toxic to my cats/kittens,(cats like to jump up on counters and stuff like this), if it got on their paws and licked it off, or could be used on their ears, skin, like that..
I know petrolium jelly works great,I find these pests won't cross over petrolium jelly,I use it on my counter top appliance legs, my coffee maker for example.
I know a lot about this, but I am always open for a refresher course, and to learn new things.
Thanks.

I know someone who takes on an average of 4 - 6 poops a day. He says that he has done that for as long as he remembers. Is this normal or healthy? And usually it happens after he eats a meal like between 1 hour + after.

I would like to know how, in starting with one individual: to form an outreach group for those who are ill; whether mental/emotional or physical?
What ideas in terms of being able to help these people?
Any ideas (housework, counseling etc.) are welcomed!

Any organization or online forum that you know of that would be able to help me on this, as well?

As a sidenote, I reside in a small, rural community.

and breast implants?

I had kids and lost lots of weight, lots of loose skin and it doesn't look "normal" for someone who weighs 125 lbs. It looks gross.
Should I just get a tummy tuck? should I be scared?
