Really it makes one tired and you should go for fresh fruit juices in between at least every 4 hrs to keep you fit and manage your nice child.

If you are in good physical shape add Gatorade to your day DO NOT DO THIS if you are not in shape. But it sounds more like the messy house is the bigger problem. Since your son is 15 months old have him help hand him a wash cloth and have him help you wash the floor treat it like a fun game and he won't know the difference. In fact if you do this with true effort you will have a great little helper on your hands, a clean house , and a happy husband. Most of all you won't feel so tired anymore because you will be having fun.

Well, this is definitely a taxing time for mothers. Which is why you need to look after your nutritional requirements all the more. The daily dosage of nutrients that you get from the usual lunch is not going to suffice for you. You need food that is customised to meet your needs. However, it is not going to be possible for you to cook up stuff solely for yourself at a time when your child takes up most of your time. So I would suggest that you go in for health supplements. Multivitamin pills are not going to be of any help at all. I think you should go in for a whey protein drink and a moderately high carb energy drink. You need proteins because it will give your body the much required stamina. The energy drinks will only keep you going for some time. Choose a well known and trustworthy brand. But before doing so, please consult a nutritionist. All the best!

Well , do not take any energy pills. They are all caffeine. That means you would have to cut out coffee. Honestly, this will sound crazy to you considering your situation but exercise (I am sure you are getting enough with your baby) but cardio....get the blood going. And above all eating. Eat 6 healthy small meals a day....fruit cup, tuna, diced chix, fish. Anything with protein and coinside this with time exercise. I am telling you within a month you will boost energy and stamina. Also, look into taking a multivatimin....I am a culinary student but am very healthy eater. Good luck

Protien helps to be more aware, dont eat take in too much carbo because that'll make you sleepy eventually. Coke is pretty good for it but there are other drinks like red bull. Though these arent very healthy ways for getting energy, I suggest you speak to a doctor about your issue. There are pills that you could take that would help you out but I dont remember the name right now I'm sure if you look it up on google you will find out. "Pills for staying awake"

Well let's see..not the best healthy choice, but good for energy, you could drink alot of soda.It has caffeine like coffee but of course with a different taste if you don't like coffee.Believe it or not, chocolate is FULL of caffeine that will give you energy too.Basically products with a lot of caffeine. Also,at Wal*Mart you can buy over the counter pills called "Stay Awake Pills".They have more caffeine than coffee and soda and such to give you lots of energy.Though they work well,i wouldn't recommend them for daily use because it isn't good for your heart to beat that fast and work that hard all the time. But i would definately recommend soda, chocolate, and tea.

Worry less about the house. I think that you are doing just fine as long as you and junior aren't drawing flies. Hubby should try staying up with Junior if he thinks that he can do a better job, let him try. Make sure you get enough sleep at night. But, if you are anything like me, it is the only time you have for yourself. No wonder children give you grey hair.

Get some help.
Paid someone, may be high school girl, to help you for couple of hours.
Have her watch him, so you can take a nap or what ever.
Since you still be around, i would think that it is very safe.
Take good care of yourself, or it will not be good for anyone.
Talk with your husband, have him help you when he can.
Dont take any drugs to give you energy, it will only make things worst.
you need some time off to yourself.

Mountain Dew Amp energy drinks is what I drink to go to work, but if you take multivitamins with IRON it really will help. I'm only 20 and I have to take all kinds of vitamins for energy. So I take multivitamin with iron, vitamin b, vitamin b complex, and vitamin c. Also, I drink one Amp before I go to work. All the vitamins are fine. This is what my doctor suggested. Also, 2 tums a day for calcium. This really helps.
