I've been told by a Naturopathic physician that one per day is actually ABnormal. If you eat three meals per day, you should really poop three times, right? Makes sense. It means your friend's digestive system is VERY efficient.

Its actually healthy to have a poo after each meal. That is a sign that your "stomach mojo" is fine. Nonetheless, if there is reason for concern always talk to your doctor.

humans are actually supposed to go between 4-7 a day, but most of us don't because of our eating habits, if we ate all natural foods with no additives or preservatives or other crap we would be going all the time.

No thats not normal. Its normal to go everyday but 4-5 times a day is NOT normal at all. I know someone who had that problem and she found out that she had crohn's disease. (I think this is how you spell it) Tell your friend to gey himself checked.

It sounds like he has IBS. Usually the person's nervous system is usually overly sensitive or underly sensitive. Sounds like his is overly sensitive causing everything to move through him so fast.
