I had a tummy tuck on July 11th....I had a twin pregnancy and c-section 3 years ago, and even when I got back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 130lbs, people were asking me when I was "due" because I had such a saggy and noticeable belly. It was very depressing, and I ended up putting weight back on!
If you are only 125lbs, I think a tummy tuck would be great for you! The better shape you are in before the surgery, the smoother your recovery will be! And I am SO HAPPY with my FLAT STOMACH! It is amazing!
Some people think that diet and exercise alone will get rid of that belly, but some people actually lose the elasticity in their skin and NOTHING that they try will help that belly go away. My tummy tuck (and hip liposuction!) only removed about 5 pounds, but I feel so much better about my body. The importance of "self-esteem" should never be underestimated!
Start visiting some local plastic surgeons....talk to them.....a tummy tuck is nothing to be scared of, and I think you'll love the results. Ask them about the implants, too!
Whatever you do, best wishes!

This is a personal decision and I am considering the breast implants myself... MY best advice is to research everything thoroughly and research your Doctor as well. I being a woman entirely understand and feel the answer comes from within you... But don't do anything with out weighing the pros's and con's of both... It is a very serious issue... I hope the best for you...

I know how you feel, im 23 weigh 8st 10lb, iv had one son and after him have a saggy tummy and flat deflated boob, i too want one although im holding out until i've had a bigger family as thats my dream.
As i know how you feel i say go for it, its for you, to make you feel better sometimes you have to be a little selfish.
The only reason i'd say not to is the risk. Afterall you are a mum, but then there is a risk with any operation so i guess its up to you. Just make sure you have alot of support and your children know whats going on.
I hope everything goes well for you.x

Plastic surgery is always a big decision. I had some done....a breast reduction and it helped tremendously, physically and mentally. If you have tried all you can and can't seem to get your tummy flat then go for it. You need to be happy and confident about yourself. Best of luck to you.

plastic surgery is a big step. research it alot before making the decision. you will have to be taken care of after the surgery. it will hurt alot. do you have someone to take care you as well as your kids until you are able to? the pain will go away. also, research the doctor. deep research.ask him for as many pictures as he has available, ask for references, look him up to make sure he has no complains or malpractice suits. thats the most important part. ask lots of questions and makesure you are comfortable with who will be doing the procedure. also, its best to do it at a hospital facility. sometimes they do that stuff at an office...but if something goes wrong you will want to already be at the hospital.

Get tummy tuck surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including tummy tuck after previous c sections procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA.hope this helps. i strongly recommend you to check out this company as yours and my cousins history is very similar
