I have been jogging every morning for a week, about a mile and a half, not very strenuous. But I think I over-did it yesterday with 2 runs, knee hurt a little last night, then I ran this morning and my knee is now killing me. The pain is inside, it's very sore, hurts to walk on, and uncomfortalbe in both bent and straight positions. Also there is a slight bruise in the upper area where it hurts.
Any advice on how to best take care of it??? Wrap it up? Take Ibuprofen (or a different drug)? Elevate it, ice it, stay off it? Minimal walking? Don't run tomorrow? I'd like to make it go away by tomorrow morning so I can still run. Help! :)

I was nausea a few days ago and not really feeling my self. The nausea has gone away but now my left index finger and hand is feeling numb. Any suggestions on what this might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks

Have any of you ever gotten that weird tight feeling in your chest, it feels like an air bubble under your ribs right by your heart, and it hurts worse the deeper you breathe. It comes out of no where, hurts like hell and then disappears. What causes that? Everyone tells me its gas, but I find that hard to believe.

I have a hard time putting down my one year old baby at night. My baby get up around 7:00 am. Then she is gets tires around 11:00, and I put her down for a nap. I let her sleep for about 1and 1/2 hours. I again put her down around 3:00 pm, and let her sleep around 1 to 2 hours. At 9:00 is her bed time and she fights me every time. I put her down for 2 naps because she is crankie and tired. What should I do to prevent the fighting at night?

I have noticed that they stick the utensils they use right back in the drawer. I think it's pretty dangerous considering all the disease out there. Do health departments do checks on them??

Ive stopped going because of it.
