Old age is not for sissies.

Chronological age also got nothing on biological age.

Older is zilch. I've known blown out people in their forties, both in body and mind.

Everything starts in your belief system. If you believe your motorcycle / car is more important than you, you'll blow your money on the vehicle health and well being (in a sense) and neglect your own.

Take care of yourslef, get knowledge. We're not given an owners manual at birth unfortunately. So one has to dig.

Then when you've got a vast enough experience and trilas-and-errors, you are bettering your odds on having a great GOLDEN age.

It can be done.

Not much you can do about it. Keep yourself in resonably good shape and you may live a long healthy life, I am 71 and going strong. I travel, I work, I dance, I am doing the same things I did when I was younger, but just not as fast. Enjoy it. On thing for sure is that you are a lot smarter.

I am afraid to grow old. This is because I do nto want to die alone with no one to be with me. I am afraid of getting old and not being able to do the things i used to. Also I do not want to regret not doing something when I wa syounger that I can not do when I am old. It scares me and those are my true thoughts.

I'm 42 now. There are things in my past that I regret, directions I wish that I had headed in, but all in all, I'm happy with where I am and where I think I'm going.

Besides hair loss, there isn't really anything I would want back.
