I go and see doctor they give suppository, and recto cream for 3 days.daflon500 first 10 day 3tme in a day then 3 month 1per day ,now two week I am having this I don’t know what i can eat. I am currently working in s.america, what is fiber diet food/supplement can give .somebody one list for me now I am so week and scads. Doctor tolled me beginning stage for me , piles very small and inside also have .so its not good for surgery . pls help me what I want to do and take care Now I cant sleep sow pls help me. here only speak Spanish I cant explain to doctor my problem if any body can help me pls.

yeah, I was just wondering if anyone had any really good ways to do it besides just with your hand ... I've always been satisfied with the old fashoned way, but please, enlighten me as it is beginning to get borrrring. I need a new and improved way to relieve all of my stress ;)

my husband had a vasectomy done back in May and it has really slowed his sex drive way down and he still has pains that come and go every now and then, we think its from the clips they put in but, we don't know. will the pain ever go away and will he get back to normal with his sex drive and if so how long should it take?

I've seen my local docs/consultants and they seem to think every things ok, the problem is I have a frequent urge to urinate( its probably not as bad as some ppl but its its a really significant problem) it just randomly occured and since then nothing has really changed (It was completely normal before), I've had blood test, urine sample scans but I stll feel really bad, I've also cut out drinks that can irriate the bladder to, the problem with my docs/consult they don't really tell you what you can do I've looked up load on the internet with little success, I've tried holding the urge but thats awkard especially when no toilets are near by *I also usually need to go more or less after I've already been,

is it a bladder problem or could there be a blockage

what should I do? did anyone else have the same problem?

Why does my boyfriend look down at his penis right before he pull out? Before i thought that he done that to make sure that the condom didn't slip off but the last two time without a condom he looks down like he is checking if he had came or not. why does he do that? I decided to start dieting again and doing some working out, at least as much as I can. I went to my local gym and was only abe to walk on the treadmill for 5 mins before my back started to hurt. I then did 70 crunch reps but other then that I couldnt fit on any of the other equiptment. I am only 20 years old and don't want to die. I hate myself for getting to this point, what else can I do as far as working out at this weight? I can't even work because I cant stand for more then 15 mins!
