It depends on our genes.

Some people have grey hair earlier other later in their life.

Maybe if you have a big shock, than your hair can turn grey.

A friend of mine went grey over the night, after he has lost his family in a car accident.

My grandfather, father, I and my brother we went grey in our twenties because of our genes.

But it's better to have grey hair, than none!!!!

Well, according to this article, people in "high tension" jobs tend to go grey earlier/quicker, so there may be some truth to this perception. Not sure whether this source can be relied on though.

Interestingly, when I was in hospital once, someone said that my grey hairs were due to worry/stress, so it may be a fairly common belief amongst the general population.

Not sure about that... but I DO know... when I got my first grey hair... I'm in my 20's still.. so it was a huge shock. But it was at one of the 2 most stressful time of my life. I actually think I got one on both occasions... now they just seem to keep growing here and there...

NEVER heard of any scientific proof of graying hair and worrying, I truly believe it is genetics and genes passed down.
