I decided to start dieting again and doing some working out, at least as much as I can. I went to my local gym and was only abe to walk on the treadmill for 5 mins before my back started to hurt. I then did 70 crunch reps but other then that I couldnt fit on any of the other equiptment. I am only 20 years old and don't want to die. I hate myself for getting to this point, what else can I do as far as working out at this weight? I can't even work because I cant stand for more then 15 mins!

Gastric bypass: Is this weight-loss surgery for you?
Are you a candidate for gastric bypass surgery? Find out what to expect and the benefits and risks involved.
It's always best to lose weight through a healthy diet and regular physical activity. But if you're among those who have tried and can't lose the excess weight that's causing your health problems, weight-loss (bariatric) surgery may be an option.

Gastric bypass, which changes the anatomy of your digestive system to limit the amount of food you can eat and digest, is the favored bariatric surgery in the United States. Most surgeons prefer this procedure because it's safer and has fewer complications than other available weight-loss surgeries. It can provide long-term, consistent weight loss if accompanied with ongoing behavior changes.

Gastric bypass isn't for everyone with obesity, however. It's a major procedure that poses significant risks and side effects and requires permanent changes in your lifestyle.

You are going in the right direction. Keep going! Even if you can only do the treadmill for 5 minutes, that's ok, it is still 5 minutes that you weren't doing before. If you keep going you will gradually be able to do more and more. Perhaps you could try doing 5 minutes, then resting for a few minutes, then go back and do a few more minutes.

It is also a good idea to get regular check-ups with your doctor and tell him/her that you are trying to lose weight and starting to exercise. Your doctor can give you good advice and ideas on diet and exercise and how it can be done safely.

Get inspiration from Matt Hoover

Matt HooverMatt Hoover got the country attention by the amount of weight had had lost on the show “The Biggest loser”. When He joined this show, he was 339, but he had been able to lose 157 pounds in only 9 months.

Matt Hoover says "It's pretty easy for us, locked away in a ranch and working out all the time to do that," Hoover said. "I have found the most difficult thing is keeping the weight off." By losing weight, Matt has been able to save himself from a number of diseases. After losing weight, he can do whitewater kayaking, snowboarding, snow skiing, which he was missing with his gained weight.

Hoover says that it takes too much of hard work and commitment for his to lose these pounds. But Hoover recommends that people should not try to lose weight too fast as he had done when he was on the show.

I was 110 kg (242 lbs) and now I weigh 65 kg and I am 1.75 meter (5"8"). I slimmed myself still eating all I want to in volume but changing the type of food I ate. The weight will goes down gradually and healthily. I like to suggest you try the followings:
1. when you are itching for snack take fruit instead of french fried, pop corn etc.
2. Goes ova lacto vegetarian but eating more fruits, nut, grain than meat, sugar, icecream etch.
3. Take walk for a few km increasing each day as you could. Walking is the best exercise. Make it fun. Do it in the mall. Climb stair instead of escalator.
