Maybe go to the bathroom and handle your business, make sure it is semen and not urine. They tend to sound the same at the end. Serious go to the bathroom and handle it, maybe your backed up. This is advice for 18 and up. If your younger speak with your dad. If this continues go to the urologist and make sure you don't have any underlying health issues on why.

About the only way to deal with it is to wear underwear that is very absorbent, and to avoid light or khaki colored pants.
I used to have that problem. It can be embarassing, because it looks either like you didn't shake it when you peed, or you blew a load when you didn't. Neither is very attractive.
