Lately, the bones in the back of my neck have been sticking out (as in I can feel the bumps of them) and I'd rather not have ridges on the back of my neck when I sit certain ways. I've also noticed that the muscles in my shoulders and neck have grown weaker.

Can anyone tell me what's going on? I'm currently an 18 year old male. Also, if something's wrong, what can I do to fix it?

Okay, so no I'm not referring to myself with this question.

I've noticed that my boyfriend, (who's in his 30's), has a very small and tight testicle sack that sits very high in relation to others I've seen. I know there can be some variation, but other parts of that area also seem under-developed.

It almost seems as though his body skipped that part of maturing that occurs when the scrotum elongates and has sag to it.

I'm just wondering if there is a cause for that and if anything can or should be done about that.

I hesitate to bring this straight up with him because he is very sensitive about that area of his anatomy all ready and I don't want to make it worse if it's normal.

I have a physical check-up in about 1 week and I wanted to know if they tested for drugs when they take your urine sample.

I'm getting a physical check-up, just those annual ones where you go to the doc's, they check your height, ears, nose, heartbeat, etc. I wanted to know if they check for drugs when they ask for a urine sample, this isn't for a job or anything.

I had open hernia surgery more than 6 weeks ago. I have had ongoing problems from the surgery, most of which are frustrating but not entirely rare--ongoing testicle pain (to the point where jogging any real distance is impossible), burning where my nerves are down there.

But one thing I have not read about much is occurring too: When I try to go up an escalator quickly or run (for 50 yards or so), I end up getting what I call a severe "thigh ache." My thigh gets pain throughout it--usually near the top and on the inside, though it can vary. Then, after a minute or two, it subsides.

Anyone else had this symptom? Is it another sign of nerve entrapment or something else possibly?

I am 17, going on 18 in 3 weeks.. and am wondering if I am going to grow more. I'm skinny (not scrawny) and currently stand somewhere between 5'7'' and 5'8''. Although i'm not terribly short I seem to be shorter/smaller than 97% of my peers. I don't have full fledged facial hair or side burns or anything, so i'm thinking (and hoping) that there is a possibility of still sprouting a few more inches.
