is it a normal size for a man to be 6 foot 3 and 155 pounds or is that too skinny for a man

That would put your bmi at about 19.4.


This is thin.

However, a lot depends on your athleticism (do you have a sedentary lifestyle), your caloric intake, and your body type.

Can you use the thumb and middle finger of your right hand to encircle your left wrist? Do your fingers overlap? Do they not even touch?

The longer your bones (body type), the thinner your frame may be.

If you're concerned, talk to your doctor.

But, especially if you're under 21 years old, your weight will likely fluctuate.



And don't worry, there are many women out there who prefer slender men. I am one of them.

It's a bit slim but the body will fill in that frame over the years.

It is fairly skinny. However, you haven't said how old you are. If you are say 15 years old, that can be very normal. If you are 30, you might want to check with your doc.
