Lately, the bones in the back of my neck have been sticking out (as in I can feel the bumps of them) and I'd rather not have ridges on the back of my neck when I sit certain ways. I've also noticed that the muscles in my shoulders and neck have grown weaker.

Can anyone tell me what's going on? I'm currently an 18 year old male. Also, if something's wrong, what can I do to fix it?

If you were 60, I'd say degenerative disc disease.

How long is "lately?" Perhaps a trip to your doctor is in order.
