like i weigh 130 and i'm 5'2 and i'm 16. i want to have a six pack by may. and i don't wanna cut down on food. Is there any exercise or something

actually, i remember at that age it was easy for me to get a six pack, so YES it is possible. (b/c ur body fat percentage is alot lower which is where ppl normally get stuck). just do different abs exercises a couple days a week for maybe 20 minutes, and u'll be good in a couple months.

Yes....the best exercise is called pushbacks....... You simply push back from the table at mealtime, and don't eat too much! If you want a six pack that fast, then you'll have to cut down on foods.. Not all, just fatty and sweet food. Eat lots of protein....Meats, cheeses, eggs. Lay off the sweets, and breads.

Maybe a small 6 pack, but I'm not sure in that amount of time. Do sit ups and ab work outs.

simply do the gym routine of gerard butler and the cast of the blockbuster film "300" so that by May 2007, you'll be able to scream "tonight we dine in hell!". cheers!
