My testacle sack is changing colors, I am 13 and I have brown color skin. I am in the middle of puberty and my sack has a quarter size of black on it. it is not dirt.

Often men of darker complexion have darker-colored privates.
If there is no pain, I would not worry too much.
However, if it spreads or grows larger, for your own peace of mind, simply tell your parents you need to see the family Doctor. Explain it's a guy thing that has to do with puberty.
You've got good observation skills to be noticing something like this. That's excellent. Pay attention to it, & like I said, if it either begins hurting or spreading, go tell your parents. Otherwise, it may simply be a hereditary skin pigmintation that makes it darker colored.

I'd check with the doctor to make sure it isn't
skin cancer or something, just like you would
if it were on your arm....but other than that, I
would not worry about it a great deal.

Since you have brown colored skin it is probably a change in skin pigmentation. nothing to worry about and very normal.

See a doctor. Tell your parents. If you have been sexually active and are afraid to tell them, then find a good adult friend to help you out. It can be very serious. Do it NOW!! Do not wait.
