Men's Health - January 2007

i have a regular workout routine but i am unsatisfied with my lack of progress. my body is fairly defined but i want a wider and larger chest and abs. i do crunches, dips, chest presses and butterfies(100lbs), sit ups, push ups, ect. but i dont seem to be gaining much bulk. any tips?

btw, i use a crossbow machine for most of the weight lifting and i have 35lbs dumb bells, but i only use them for bicep curls.

Ok, my problem is when I am having intercourse with my wife I can not ejaculate. I can do it when I masturbate, but when I am having intercourse with my wife can not build up enough stimulation to ejaculate inside her. I just read another question about penis size. I'm seriously wondering what you guys do> Do you actually take a ruler or tape measure and measure the size of your penis? "My friend" had a problem a couple of years back. His penis got real itchy and then it shed like a snake almost. Now there is a discoloration, the top of the head is normal but the rest of the head is whiter, more pink. Under the head, it gets raw and cracked and sometime it looks like little paper cuts. After masturbating, the skin starts to peel or is very dry at the bottom of the head. There is a little pigment change on the balls as well along with funky odor at times. Any idea what this is. "He" wont go to a doctor because he is emabarassed.

Please dont answer with the definition or peyronie's disease, i know what it is. I jsut want to know if it is what i have. I am only 18 and i really hope it isnt. My male organ points to the left when non- erect. It will fall that way and just has a tendency to lean that way. When erect, it points more forward, but has a more pronouncable bend in it. It then will easily move to the left and be able to touch my leg. but it is painful to try to push it to the right (which i believe has developed thicker muscles on the right side, which might be causing the bending to the left. I now try to keep it to the right all day to try and compensate for the left leaning tendency. Do u think this will help? What can i do to make it staright besides surgery?
