Dude, I know exactly what the problem is: Some dryers get so hot that they start to melt the elastic in the waistband. When it gets near the melting point, it really, really, stinks and continues to stink even after it has cooled off.

Throw them away. Get new boxers. Turn the temperature setting down on the dryer.

Weird question.

I have a friend that has a similar issue. He cannot wear shirts that have any synthetic material in them, or they reek like BO even after bleaching. It's a chemical thing between you and the garment. Check the label and figure out the stinky ones and don't buy that blend of fabric, unless the smell is something you're going for.

Try using some color safe bleach, a detergent with febreeze in it, and then some good smelling fabric softner. That's what I always use on our towels and then of course dryer sheets... I'm sure it will work well on your boxers as well. If anything just use color safe bleach, but put it in the water first, before you put your clothes in. Just in case, cause sometimes it does that bleach spotting thing to clothes... So let the color safe bleach mix well with the water first. Good luck!

Try washing them with some Arm & Hammer in the wash, it should help. This may be due to your natural oils, colones you may use, mildew, any number of reasons. Try changing your detergent as well.

Try to buy some made out of nylon. They do not hold odor like cotton.I bought some at Wal Mart made out of nylon & spandix & they never smell.

Are you Brazilian? Because Brazilian's naturally stink. It's something about their chemical make-up. After any sort of strain or movement, even light activity, they reek. The smell is putrid, and can be likened to taco seasoning.

It's not your boxers--try washing your nuts instead. They probably get sweaty and funky at times!!

Use Tide w/ Febreeze and then dry with Bounce dryer sheets. Maybe you need to switch brands.
