like some days ill do it 2 times..some times i dont do it at all...can it hurt me later in life anyway?

not at all. once in the morning on the drive to work and then again on the drive home works just fine and makes for great sex later with my wife.

try only doing it when you really have the feeling too. If you do it too much that it can cause problems physically and psychologically.
