No, there is no age limit. This is done to ensure safe sex is always available to anyone of any age.

That depends on your country. In the United States, at least in every state I've heard of, there's no age limit; though some states require that you have a conversation about "alternatives to sex" with the pharmacist. Some pharmacies will attempt to refuse to sell them to you if you're too young. However, if you insist that it's your legal right, or you'll sue, they usually back down.

However, other countries do place restrictions on condom purchases. I remember hearing that in the UK you have to be 16 or older (not sure if that's still in effect).

No one will ever ask you for an i.d. to buy condoms. It's not against the law to loose your virginity if you are a minor. If there was an age restriction, it would be stupid because that means more unprotected sex and sexual transmitted diseases going around because they can't stop you from having sex, so why make it risky by denying protection. Go buy as many condoms as you need and remember, always use protection!!

There is no age limit (although I get a little queasy thinking of anyone over 60 buying the stuff), and there isn't a minimum age to purchase that stuff either.

No, the clerk should let you buy condoms. I would think they might be concerned if you are under the age of 15 though.

I don't think so. They are available everywhere, gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, truck stop bathrooms. I would buy one at a grocery store, those checkout clerks couldn't care less.

I'm just glad you're buying them.
