his girlfriends sick and he's like waiting on her hand and foot..shes a girl who cares about them..he acts like shes a princess or something.. is this weird to anyone but me??

This just sounds like your friend is caring for her. If she's a complete ***** who bosses your friend around and shows no appreciation for your friend's care, then your friend is weird. But judging from just what you stated, I think he just cares for her. No worries man.

maybe he's just concerned and wants to do all he can for her until she gets over the sickness? he's just being a good, nurturing boyfriend. if you don't have a girlfriend right now, then it may be difficult to understand.
