my moms 5'10 dads 6'0
im 16 years 7 monthe and havent grown since last spring
some tell me ill grow a lot more and other say im done with growth spurts i was wondering if ill stop growing or just grow real slowly from now on

Hard to tell. You might hit another growth spurt and take right off and gain a couple of inches.

there is no proven scientific method to accurately determine you height, only data based on averages.
nothing to worry about your genetics are going do what they are coded to do..if you have any Dutch heritage in you most likely you will be taller than average.
