i have a regular workout routine but i am unsatisfied with my lack of progress. my body is fairly defined but i want a wider and larger chest and abs. i do crunches, dips, chest presses and butterfies(100lbs), sit ups, push ups, ect. but i dont seem to be gaining much bulk. any tips?
btw, i use a crossbow machine for most of the weight lifting and i have 35lbs dumb bells, but i only use them for bicep curls.

i definately cant do 100 pushups straight, so would it be as effective to do 3 sets of 33 push ups?
if this muscle growth thing is genetic, then i should be able to get as big as my dad, right? he used to be a big guy (he still is) when he played hs football and wrestling.
