when is it better to take a shower, before I go to sleep (about 10:30pm) or when I wake up in the morning (about 6:30am)?

IN THE MORNING. START THE DAY OFF FRESH. I TAKE ONE AT NIGHT AND ONE IN MORNING. I LIKE TO FEEL CLEAN BEFORE I GO TO BED AND I LIKE TO FEEL CLEAN THROUGHOUT THE DAY! HOWEVER, IF YOU WERE GOING TO CHOOSE JUST ONE, MORNING!

The morning shower is better. I keeps you from smelling funny by the early afternoon, people can tell if you took a shower or not by your hair, and it also allows you to feel refreshed and awake first thing in the morning. If you want, you can always take two showers a day, using moisturizing body wash in the evening, and regular stuff in the morning.

When you think about it, you come in contact with all kinds of polutants all day long, if you don't shower at night, you sleep in it. So for those of you morning shower takers, your spending all day collecting a film of who knows what on your body, sleeping in it, then washing it off in the morning so you can start it all over again an hour later. Or you can take a nice relaxing shower at night, wipe off the grime so you don't have to sleep in it, and splash some cool water on your face in the morning to refresh yourself.

It's better to take a shower in the morning. At least that is my case. Some people can only take showers in the morning because it wakes them up. Others have to take showers at night because it relaxes them. Then you have people that can take showers in the morniing and at night. I'm sure you know by now how your body reacts to hot showers.

Good luck.

If you're really sweaty then you can shower in the evening but I wouldn't recommend using a ton of soap as it's likely to dry out your skin. Showering in the morning will help wake you up and make you feel cleaner throughout the day.

It's a matter of preference. If you tend to sweat when you sleep, or if your hair or skin is overly oily, then shower in the morning. If not, then evening is OK. I tend to shower in the morning during the week (freshest for work), and either morning or evening on the weekends.

If you have a girlfriend, shower before you go to bed because if you reek you won't get any.

Otherwise take one in the morning because you probably sweat while you sleep.

anytime is good. It depends on your time limitations as well. You can take a cleansing relaxing shower at night and a quick freshen up shower in the morning.

I don't think there is a real answer to that question. I usually take one before I go to bed and then one when I wake up. I think it's all a matter of preference.
