Here is a list of side effects of steroid use you might want to discuss with your fiance:

1. Severe acne, especially on the back and neck.
2. Hair loss
3. Infertility
4. Liver disease, including tumors and cancer
5. Aggressive behavior
6. Testicular atrophy
7. Psychological addiction
8. Depression
9. Insomnia
10. Arteriosclerosis (thickening and hardening of arterial wall, interfering with blood circulation)
11. Heart disease (anabolic steroids elevate cholesterol and triglyceride levels putting pressure on the heart)
12. Heart disease
13. Stunting of growth
14. Feminization of males including breast swelling and fatty deposits
15. Skin changes including stretch marks and fissures
16. Water retention
17. High blood pressure
18. Diarrhea and vomiting
19. Kidney damage
20. Death

Well, that is quite a list. I would have him read this. To further research this do a web search on "side effects of steroid use".
Good Luck!

More attractive to whom? More attractive for what?

These are dangerous, dangerous drugs. These drugs will kill. Make certain that is aware of this, or at the very least, make certain that he can be aware of this. Search out every article and every book that you can find that is written for the lay person, and make them available to him. Make sure that that includes the book that I list below.

There really isn't anything that you can do to change his mind on this one. All that you can do is to give him the information and sit back and wait for him to decide to examine it or not and for him to decide whether to use or not. Of course, if you suspect that he is using steroids, at any point, call the authorities, as even possession is illegal. I understand that you don't want him having that criminal record, but if it gets to that point, it may be the only thing that will help him.

And consider one other thing as well - an ultimatum. He can have the steroids or he can marry you.

the safe and proper administration of steroids is fairly easy for those that have done the research. there are good and bad reason to do them and the one your finance has chosen is definetly not a good reason.

if he hasn't been training and dieting non-stop for at least 10-15 years he is no where near his maximum genetic potential. steroids are not the answer for him, not when compared to knowledge.

This is what you could show him.

The major effects of anabolic steroid use include liver tumors, jaundice, fluid retention, and high blood pressure. Additional side effects include the following: for men shrinking of the testicles, reduced sperm count, infertility, baldness, development of breasts; for women growth of facial hair, changes in or cessation of the menstrual cycle, deepened voice; Researchers report that users may suffer from paranoid jealousy, extreme irritability, delusions, and impaired judgment stemming from feelings of invincibility.

before going that route he should clean up his diet and take multivitamins, fish oil, cal-mag, protein and maybe creatine and then try NO2 by the company MRI. it's a special delivery form of arginine. works for some people.

steroids and their weaker cousins are complex and dangerous to use.

you can be supportive or he could try something else that would not have such bad side affects. If it were me I think I would have to loose the bf because if he thinks he is doing it for me he would be crazy. I mean you are with him not not after taking that stuff.

You should tell him that he doesn't need to do it for you. (I'm sure you already have.) Steroids are bad news. Not worth it, and not necessary.

If he wants to bulk up, do it with exercise instead.

Go for it. Roids are not always a bad thing. Just read all you can about what he is going to take. Make shore he uses clean needles. All roid pills are bad.
