So this is my problem. When me and my girlfriend begin to fool around and i know were going to have sex my saliva starts to get all thick. It gets flemmy and all in my throat to the point were i feel like gaging and throwing up. Its like i get an anxiety attack or something. This is quite shameful to ask, but I'm worried about my "Size" If you know what I mean. I'm 18 and still have acne and a small penis.
